Our Mystery Boxes and Mystery Bags are curated surprise bundles filled with handmade items, DIY goodies, bath & body treats, accessories, and exclusive Confetti This products. Each box is thoughtfully packed with love and creativity.
Can I choose what goes inside my Mystery Box?
No. Mystery Boxes are curated surprises. That’s part of the fun! We do not customize individual items inside mystery boxes unless explicitly stated in the product description.
Are all Mystery Boxes final sale?
Yes. Due to the surprise nature of Mystery Boxes and hygiene regulations involving bath & body products, all mystery box and mystery bag purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
We will review and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Will I receive duplicate items?
We do our best to vary items in each mystery box. However, if you purchase multiple boxes or previously ordered similar products, duplicates are possible.

Subscription Boxes & Mystery Boxes
Subscription boxes ship according to the monthly shipping schedule listed at checkout.
Mystery Boxes and Mystery Bags ship within our standard 3–7 business day processing window unless otherwise stated.
All sales on Mystery Boxes are final sale.
Tracking Information

All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Shipping, which includes tracking and insurance coverage provided by USPS.
Each USPS Flat Rate package is automatically insured up to the coverage amount included by USPS at the time of shipment (typically up to $100 for Priority Mail).
